If you purchased a Wolf, Sub Zero or Cove product from a qualified retailer and have Certified Installs complete your installation, you may be qualified to receive an additional year on your product warranty.
Here’s how it works:
When we receive an order from your retail store, we will enter the order into our system. You will receive a welcome text message with our contact information inviting you to confirm your appointment. When you call in, we will review some basic information with you and confirm your appointment. If we don’t hear from you, we will attempt to reach you via text and phone to confirm your appointment before your scheduled date.
On the day of the appointment, you will receive a reminder text and our technician will call you when he is on his way to your home.
Once the installation is complete, he will take some pictures of your appliances including the model and serial number, etc. That information will be added to our data system and our customer service team will be prompted to submit your installation information to the manufacturer. It ususally takes a few days for your information to be submitted to the manufacturer.
